Cancellations and Returns

1 Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
• Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once materials have been cut or stamped

2 Returns and Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or we made an error
• If you receive a defective product or we made an error in your customization, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Photos of defective items must be provided
• Approved returns/corrections will be remedied at no additional cost to customer

3 Customer Error

• If customer provided incorrect customization information (wrong spelling, wrong colors, etc.), we cannot offer refunds or remakes
• Please double-check all customization details before confirming your order
